The validity of the booking, for all intents and purposes, is subject to the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total which can be made by postal order to our address or by bank transfer to the following current accounts:

On the day of arrival, the rooms will be at your disposal from 3.00 pm.
In case you should arrive after 20.00, please let us know.
In case of late arrival we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period. -
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00.
Early departure: in case of early departure we will be forced to charge you 100% of the price of the entire booked period. -
We preferably accept cash.
However, you also have the option of settling your account by credit card or debit card (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, ED card). Checks are accepted. -
If for any reason you are forced to give up your holiday, by notifying us up to 14 days before your arrival at the hotel, we will give you the opportunity to use your deposit in another period of the season (with the same duration as the previous stay ).

We accept animals in the hotel but not in the common areas: health and wellness center, restaurant, bar...
To guarantee greater services and comfort also for your pets, we would like to be informed at the time of your booking request. A supplement of €10.00 per day is required. -
If you wish to connect to the Internet you have two options: use our INTERNET POINT in the hotel hall or use your laptop with the WI-FI Zone service which covers most of the areas of our hotel.
